Meet the ultimate entertainer. From dancing in the DJ booth, to audience participation to ensure the crowd has the time of their life, DJ Sam Sneak is sure to take the South Florida entertainment industry by surprise in no time. Known for his trademark “Jam Squad” and “Sam Sneak” drops on mix tapes; he is on a mission to take his brand to another level. Today you can find Sam Sneak on tour with Miami rap sensation Rick Ross and his group the Triple C’s. His most recent debut was seen on Def Jam Hip Hop Honors on VH1 during a performance with Ross as well as on Triple C’s music video “Go (War Remix)” where he impersonates Floyd Mayweather. When he isn’t on tour around the world, you can find Sneak every Tuesday night pumping up the crowd with his upbeat energy at Take One Lounge, where he has changed its negative public image and increased club attendance.
The Haitian-American Miami native career began back in 1998 with two friends, a set of speakers, and a block of wood. Sneak would eventually be left to stick it out as his friends gave up on the idea of becoming a DJ. In addition, he would soon begin to realize how hard it was to do events and shows because his parents wouldn’t let him out of the house. But instead of giving up, Sam Sneak continued to collect music and frequently visit music stores in anticipation for what he would consider his first big break.
Apart of being a good leader is being a good follower and observer. Sneak grew up following DJ Griot, DJ Top Feeling, Bona Lova, and Uncle Al. Today he still listens to Bona Lova, Uncle Al, Mr.Maricio, DJ Entice, and DJ Khaled. His extensive nightclub DJ resume includes Martini Bar, Mansion, Oxygen, Bed, and Nocturnal just to name a few.
Sneak is never afraid to try something different, and believes in being true to yourself. He continues to perfect his skills trough observation, reading, and practice.
